Texas TEFA allotments vary by family type — homeschool families receive up to $2,000/year, private school students up to $10,474/year, and qualifying special education students up to $30,000/year. TeachSmart services are structured to qualify as tutoring, curriculum, assessment, and educational services — categories that are not subject to the 10% technology spending cap.
