These documents govern your use of TeachSmart services provided by Platinum Business Consulting LLC.
TeachSmart is a parent-facing educational support service operated by Platinum Business Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in McKinney, Texas (“TeachSmart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). TeachSmart provides educational feedback, curriculum planning support, documentation assistance, and related services to parents and guardians of K–12 students.
By creating an account or using any TeachSmart service, you (“you” or “parent/guardian”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
TeachSmart offers the following parent-facing support services:
All services are delivered remotely to parents and guardians. TeachSmart does not interact directly with students or minors. TeachSmart is not a school and does not enroll students. TeachSmart does not provide in-person child supervision or operate a physical learning center.
TeachSmart does not provide legal, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or special education evaluation services. The IEP Progress Tracker is a parent-facing documentation and recordkeeping support tool only. Nothing in our services constitutes legal advice, medical advice, or an official special education evaluation.
TeachSmart services are available to parents and guardians of K–12 students residing in Texas. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any student whose work or information you submit.
TeachSmart subscription plans are billed monthly. Current pricing is:
Additional children beyond three may be added for $5.99/month each. All plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.
TeachSmart services may qualify as eligible educational expenses under the Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) program. Eligibility determinations are made by the Texas Comptroller’s office, not by TeachSmart. TeachSmart makes no guarantee of TEFA reimbursement or approval.
You agree to use TeachSmart services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:
All TeachSmart content, feedback, lesson plans, reports, and materials are the property of Platinum Business Consulting LLC and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a parent or guardian. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish TeachSmart-generated materials without written permission.
TeachSmart services are provided “as is” for educational support purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, that our services will meet any specific educational outcome, satisfy any regulatory requirement, or be uninterrupted. TeachSmart’s total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
TeachSmart is not responsible for any decisions you make regarding your child’s education based on our feedback and recommendations. All educational decisions remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of TeachSmart services after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

TeachSmart is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from parents and guardians, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information. TeachSmart does not interact directly with students or minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

TeachSmart services are provided exclusively to parents and guardians. We do not interact directly with students, and our services are not directed at children under the age of 18. Any student-related information (such as writing samples or grade levels) is submitted to us by the parent or guardian and is used solely to deliver parent-facing educational feedback. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
